Commercial Tree Work Is a Procurement Problem
For apartment complexes, retail centers, HOA-managed neighborhoods, and municipal right-of-ways, tree work is not just about the tree. It is about the certificate of insurance that clears procurement, the bid proposal that survives an owner review, the schedule that minimizes tenant disruption, and the general liability and workers’ compensation coverage that transfers risk off your property.
We built the commercial side of the business specifically around those requirements.
Who We Work With
- Apartment and multifamily owners. Portfolio-wide hazard inspections and scheduled removals.
- Retail and commercial property managers. Perimeter and parking-lot tree work with minimal disruption.
- HOAs. Community-wide inspection cycles and contracted removal programs.
- Municipal and utility crews. Right-of-way clearing, storm response, and specialty crane work.
- Developers. Site prep, land clearing, and pre-construction tree work — see also Land & Lot Clearing.
What a Commercial Engagement Looks Like
- Site walk. We meet the property manager or owner and walk the property. We photograph and rate hazard trees, note access constraints, and flag anything that needs immediate action.
- Bid proposal. An itemized, documented bid — not a lump-sum number. Each tree, each scope item, each price line.
- COI + scheduling. We deliver a certificate of insurance naming your property before we mobilize. Scheduling is coordinated with your on-site staff so tenants and customers are not surprised.
- Execution. Crews arrive with the right equipment for the scope — skid steers with Fecon mulching heads for brush and understory, cranes for high-liability removals over parking or structures, commercial chippers on-site so debris does not pile up.
- Completion notes. Documentation of what was done, formatted for your records and any downstream reporting.
Coverage That Actually Transfers Risk
Every property manager has been burned by a contractor whose COI turned out to include an exclusion for the specific work. Our general liability and workers’ comp both cover tree work without exclusions, and the COI names your property. We provide it before the first crew arrives on site.
Municipal & ROW Work
We do right-of-way clearance for San Angelo and surrounding jurisdictions, and we work to any applicable municipal tree preservation code. If you are a public works or utility coordinator, call and we will walk through past project references and equipment capacity.

Commercial contracts vary widely in scope — $1,000–$25,000+ — and the honest number depends on what is on the property. Call (325) 555-9111 or request a walkthrough and we will come out and put together a written bid.
