We do not provide aesthetic pruning, hedge trimming, or landscaping services.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided by phone, email, or on this website are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after an on-site assessment. The estimator tool on this site is for planning only and is not a binding quote.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit card, check, and direct insurance billing on covered losses.

Emergency Response

Emergency dispatch response times depend on crew availability, active job queue, and conditions. We prioritize active hazards but cannot guarantee a specific response time.

Insurance and Liability

We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance appropriate for high-liability tree work. A certificate of insurance is available on request. Our liability is limited to the terms of that coverage and the written scope of work.

Property Access

By scheduling work with us, you confirm you are authorized to grant access to the property and to authorize the tree work. If ownership or authority is in dispute, resolve it before work begins.
